The coaching isn't new. The price is.
A good coach is worth every dollar — the trouble is booking one, and paying by the hour forever. James gives you that same after-the-call coaching all year, built for one person, at a fraction of what any of these cost.
1 Typical 2026 market ranges, not James's prices. 2 Published course fees, live-verified July 2026. 3 Directional — Siro and Rilla publish no price and require a demo. James is $179.99 a year, billed through your Apple ID.
Not a notetaker. Not a team tool. A coach you can actually buy.
Notetakers remember what was said. Team platforms coach reps for their managers. James coaches you — from your own real calls, at a price you can start and stop yourself.

Pricing questions
Why one yearly price instead of monthly?
James is one yearly plan — there's no monthly option. It gets better the longer it knows you and the people you meet, so the playbook compounds over months, not days. You pay $179.99 once a year, and you still start with a 14-day free trial.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, with no charge up front. If you don't cancel before it ends, it becomes $179.99 for the year. Download James on the App Store to start your trial.
Will the price ever go up?
Not for you. Lock in as a founding member and your price never goes up — that's the deal. And if we ever lower the price, you move down with it.
Why is James cheaper than Siro or Rilla?
Those platforms are sold to teams by a sales rep, on annual contracts an individual can't sign up for. James is built for one person — self-serve from the App Store, at a price you can see, start, and stop yourself.
Why pay for James when notetakers are free or cheap?
Because a notetaker remembers what was said; James coaches how you showed up. You get a delivery read, rewrite drills, metrics on authority, filler and pace, and a playbook for each person you meet. A perfect transcript of a bad call is still a bad call.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select James, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged. See Support for more.
Is my data private?
Your audio stays in your iCloud, and a secure copy keeps old meetings playable until you delete them. You can delete recordings or your whole account from the app at any time. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
